Never content with the status quo, Rob has been instrumental in chartingthe path of the general contracting business, and now our development company, Market District Development. Rob in his career has worked in general contracting, heavy civil construction in oil and gas, and was a regional sales manager for one of the largest construction supplies companies in the US.
Rob’s creativity and people skills help lead Beecham Builders to $17 million + in annual revenue in the first 6 years. Rob’snatural networking ability and proclivity toward marketing has also let to establishing strategic partnerships the company, opening new doors of opportunity. Rob plays well with the media and buyers, as well.
With Market District Development, Rob molds the vision for our projects. He is at the forefront of design concepts, and combinesthat with a natural ability to create consensus externally with governmental authorities. As a result, we have been able to get projects through rezoning and permitting that others have failed to achieve.
His vision does not end with the concept phase. Rob sees the most minute of details required to make a good project great. These added details translate into added value that drives additional profits.
